Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders between 3 to 5 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, you'll receive a status update via email. Delivery times will depend upon the method of delivery as below.

Hand Delivery

Hand delivery to your home is offered to all postcodes within TS19, TS20, TS21, TS22, TS23, TS24.

Please select this option at checkout.

Hand delivery expectation is 3-5 business days of order being placed. However we will send an email confirming your delivery date

Royal Mail

All posted packages are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

Packages upto 2kg - £3.39

Packages over 2kg - 10kg - £6.65

For example 3 Candles & 2 boxes of Wax Melts is 1.3kg so would be £3.39 postage.

All orders dispatched 1-2 working days after order placed, postage takes approximately 2-3 working days.

We will email on day of dispatch to confirm your order is on the way!

Collection

We offer collection from our business base, please select this option if you are a local order and wish to collect your order.

We will email an agreed date and time range for order collection as well as location.

Please do not arrive before this date and time as we may not be available.
