Refund policy
If any of your items arrive damaged and in an unusable state, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. We'll either arrange an exchange or you can post it back to us and we'll issue a refund.
This is applicable to all products crafted by us.
Change your mind on your order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for paying the cost needed to send it back and is liable for the product during its transport back to us. Any delivery charge from the original order is non-refundable.
Once we receive the package, we will check the item before issuing a refund. You will be notified once the refund has been approved and it will be credited through whichever payment method was originally used. The time period to receive the refund varies as it depends on each payment service used. Contact your bank for any further details.
Any items posted back will be at the expense of the buyer.

Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Please do not return items to us without prior arrangement and agreement.
Once a return has been agreed, we will issue a refund once the product has arrived back to us, unused and in original packaging.
Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Refunds will be completed in the original payment method once inspection has confirmed the product unused or altered
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee, if the products are found to be faulty due to being altered by customer, this will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order if the item isn't faulty
Faulty items
In the event of a damaged or faulty item we will offer you a full refund or replacement ASAP whichever is your preference.
You have a 14 day period in which you can return the goods (unused and in original packaging) for a full refund as per your consumer rights.
