Hi, I’m Lindsey — the face (and hands!) behind Wilks Candle Creations 🤍

Wilks comes from my married name, Wilkinson, and felt like the perfect fit for a brand built around home, family, and handmade pieces. What started as a little creative escape has grown into a small business I truly pour my heart into.

Every candle, wax melt, and handmade pot you see here is made by me, in small batches, with lots of care (and usually a podcast playing in the background).

Alongside running Wilks, I’m a mamma to two amazing autistic children. Building this business has given me the flexibility to work around their needs, be present for my family, and grow something meaningful at the same time. My hope is to continue growing Wilks Candle Creations in a way that supports my little family, while keeping everything slow, thoughtful, and true to why I started.

Behind the scenes, my husband Craig is my biggest supporter — from lifting boxes and helping with markets, to listening to scent ideas and reminding me I’m doing better than I think on the hard days.

I focus on using soy wax, vegan and cruelty-free fragrance oils, and eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Sustainability, reusability, and creating pieces that feel special are at the heart of everything I make.

Wilks Candle Creations is about cosy moments, thoughtful gifting, and handmade pieces you’ll want to keep in your home long after the candle has finished burning.
